Aims and Objectives:
To help staff to develop the skills required to provide the highest standard of care and support.
To share the aims and objectives of the programme.
To explore some of the issues and dilemmas we face in trying to provide the very best of help to people with mental illness.
To provide an understanding of the needs of people with mental illness.
To introduce guidelines which can be used to help us to deal with telephone contact and deal with all sorts of face to face situations, including situations they find difficult.
