Described below are synopses of the wide range of
services Imcot provides to public, private and voluntary sector
organisations:
Imcot supported the restructuring and
development of the Polish dairy industry in preparation for accession to
the EU.
SEEDA
was formed from a number of separate
organisations with differing cultures as well as a large number of new
recruits. Imcot worked with all the teams including the senio executive
team using a systemic approach which identified the particular needs of
each team and tailored development activities to meet these needs. Imcot
provided coaching and mentoring services to Directors which enabled them
to develop strategies to manage successfully the changes needed to take
the work of SEEDA forward.
Imcot worked with the Schools Catering
Service, Surrey County Council to develop and implement a
comprehensive marketing plan which sold extra 1million meals in
the first year of involvement.
When Cadland Farms set up set up
their own dairy in direct competition with a major milk retailer they
called upon Imcot to develop and implement with them a corporate
strategy. As a result they won a major share of business from the
competition and their operation became a role model for similar
enterprises started elsewhere.
By identifying an untapped niche market
with LIPS, a small cider company, Imcot’s expertise provided a
launch pad for a sparkling future.
The Association Of Family Therapy
have repeatedly expressed their gratitude for the work undertaken by
Imcot in enabling them to develop and implement a successful business
plan which put them on a much sounder financial footing.
Imcot worked across a local authority
to identify, develop and deliver a range of training programmes across
the health trusts, social service departments, probation, police and
prison services for professionals and volunteers working with people at
risk of suicide or serious self-harm.
Imcot has worked with a large mental
health trust to review, develop and implement policy and practice in
relation to risk assessment and risk management
Imcot worked with a rising bakery business to help them
review their corporate strategy and business plan. As a result the
company abandoned the building of a new plant in favour of an
alternative investment which paid handsome dividends and provided then
with an excellent platform for future growth.
