To provide an opportunity for senior managers to explore and address the issues and challenges which they experience in the work place
To provide an opportunity to review recent developments in management theory and develop strategies to incorporate these ideas into work practices

Objectives:

To provide an opportunity for each participant to complete and receive individual feedback on Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
To review the implications of MBTI for the way in which managers communicate and manage staff, so as to better understand how to:

Give and receive criticism

Motivate staff

Manage stress

Build teams

Manage change

To complete Belbin questionnaires and to review their implications for the management of their teams
To develop strategies theoretical models and case studies to address issues which are current to participants.
