  • To review the process and stages of servicing meetings.
  • To gain a clearer understanding of how to support a meeting by arranging and preparing for meetings
  • To develop skills of recording minutes of meeting

  • To enable participants to review how to organize meetings effectively.
  • To develop on their skills of minute taking.
  • To look at how to structure and present records of meetings

Knowledge:

  • To identify useful formats for reports of meetings.
  • To gain an understanding of what needs to be recorded at meetings and how this should be recorded.
  • To develop an understanding of the need for working practices to conform to regulatory requirements and organizational procedures.
